The contractor need to encase all the steel columns in a new factory building project.

The Requirement
King Steel required a round column formwork system that was easy to assemble around the steelwork of each column and could be reused for all the columns in the factory. Using a single use column former wasn’t an option as the roof was on which meant that a column former couldn’t be slid down over the top of the steel columns.
The Solution
The Geotub round column formwork was the perfect solution as it could be assembled around the steelwork and being reuseable allowed him to use one set of the formwork to complete all the column encasements in the factory which saved the contractor considerable time and money with this easy solution.
